We had a fabulous city break in Belfast! The accommodation was really nice and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy, which was a big plus after a day of exploring the city. The location was perfect, close to all the amenities and attractions. We loved that the apartment had a nice patio area out the back, perfect for enjoying the nice weather. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, it kept the kids entertained during our stay.
One downside was the early check-out time, especially since we had to clean the apartment ourselves as it was self-catering. It would have been helpful if someone had inspected the apartment with us on arrival and departure to go through an inventory list.

The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The patio area out the back was a great spot to relax, especially when the weather was nice. Despite the photos on the website not doing it justice, this place was actually really nice with its clean and comfortable interior. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a few condiments left in the kitchen.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The apartment had everything I needed, including a washing machine and a flat-screen TV. The location was great, close to the city and the airport. WiFi was available in all areas. The property also provided full details and access information.
Oh, and let's not forget the pleasure of paying the extra cleaning fee. Just delightful.

We stayed at the Modern Apartment for one night during our visit to Belfast. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The large sitting/dining room was lovely and the bathroom had a powerful shower. The apartment was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the nice patio area, although it was the wrong time of year for us to fully enjoy it. The apartment is conveniently located near local shops and there is easy access to public transportation to the city center and shopping centers.
Can just recommend this hotel.

our city break in belfast was amazing, and our stay at hamel drive exceeded our expectations. everything was clean and well-maintained, and the little things like soap and teabags provided made a big difference for us. spacious rooms and a lovely patio area added to the charm of the apartment.
Communication about additional cleaning fee was lacking.
